Easter Pizzas

For Easter I cooked pizzas! It's not very difficult, so if you want to make one, you need :

500g flour (I used whole wheat flour for I am intolerant to white flour but you can use whatever you please :-D)
1 baker’s yeast
200 ml water (mineral water is better)
100 ml milk (I used soja milk, still because of an intolerance to lactose…)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt (just a pinch)

I put first the oil, yeast, water, warm (not boiling) milk and salt in the blender (bimby), then you add flour and mix everything again.

You leave your dough rise for half an hour (it must double in volume), Then you roll it out (I like it when it’s thin, be careful, if it’s too thick it won’t bake properly and it won’t be digestible), add the tomatoe sauce, mozzarella bits, basil and just a dash of olive oil.

Put your pizza in your oven, 220°C for 10mn and then 200°C for 15 mn. Enjoy!

We ate it with escarole as an accompaniement (first boiled and then sauté in a frying pan with (just a dash of) olive oil, pine kernels, garlic and raisins).

Another pizza (still Margherita) I cooked on the same day :-)
